Credit Cards: We accept VISA & MasterCard. Please have your account number, expiration date, billing address of the card, and V-code (last three security digits on back of card).
UPS/COD: There is a $12.50 fee. Cash is not accepted on COD orders.

NEW ACCOUNTS: All orders for new accounts shall be on a COD basis (MasterCard, VISA, cash, money order, or certified check) until credit has been established. Once credit has been established, balances are due net 15 days.

SHIPMENTS: Express service is available for an additional charge. Call 800-221-1693 and ask about our Next Day Air Saver & 3-Day Select service rates.

PICK-UP ORDERS: To insure product availability and timely service, please phone or fax us in advance with your order for pick up.

ACCOUNTS: We no longer send statements; please pay by invoice. Discounts will not be allowed if past due balance is outstanding. In the event legal action is necessary to collect past due balances, collection and/or attorney fees will be added to the amount due.

COD UPS SHIPMENTS: Add $12.50 to these shipments.

MINIMUM ORDER: Small orders are costly to process, package and ship. To keep our prices low, it is necessary to charge a $5 processing and handling fee on orders that total less than $50 in merchandise.

PRICING: We make every effort to prevent errors, but mistakes occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Are not returnable or subject to cancellation if already in process.

BACK ORDERS: We will, at your request, back order items and ship them when we receive them. Please keep your requests to case lots only.

RETURNS: All orders will be accepted in good faith and filled according to specifications. We therefore reserve the right to insist that all returns be made WITHIN 5 DAYS and only with our consent. DISCONTINUED, SHOPWORN, AND PRICEMARKED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for credit. On merchandise that you as our customer ordered in error, i.e. wrong size or color, etc. there will be a 25% handling charge for the exchange. There will be no exchanges on merchandise after 30 days and proof of purchase from The Brady Company must be produced. Returns for seasonal items such as coats, sweaters, holiday items, etc. will be accepted for defective merchandise only, and replacements will be issued.

CLAIMS: All claims for damage caused in transit must be made within 24 hours to the transportation company and not with us. However, upon request, we will be glad to help press claims on your behalf.
