- Returns & Replacements
- All orders will be accepted in good faith and filled according to specifications. We therefore reserve the right to insist that all returns be made WITHIN 5 DAYS and only with our consent. DISCONTINUED, SHOPWORN, AND PRICEMARKED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for credit. On merchandise that you as our customer ordered in error, i.e. wrong size or color, etc. there will be a 25% handling charge for the exchange. There will be no exchanges on merchandise after 30 days and proof of purchase from The Brady Company must be produced. Returns for seasonal items such as coats, sweaters, holiday items, etc. will be accepted for defective merchandise only, and replacements will be issued.
